Every fixture was outfitted with horrid fluorescent bulbs, casting an offensive cold white light. The only negative for the room, and this is a biggie, is the lighting. Soaps and gels are in refillable bottles attached to the wall, a big plus in reducing waste. Comfy enough but not built for lots of lounging around, especially when night falls and you need to switch on the lights – more on that in a moment. My two queen room came with a nice TV, fridge, desk with chair and one small sofa-style chair with small table. This Hampton Inn is a perfectly average stay.
